How fast can I get my order? +
Standard turnaround is 1–2 business days. Rush options are available at checkout for time-critical jobs — pickup in Toronto is usually same- or next-day.
When does the turnaround clock start? +
Once your files pass our quick readability check and payment clears. If we spot an unreadable file, we flag it before printing so the clock isn't wasted on a bad upload.
Files & accuracy
What file types and sizes do you accept? +
PDF, DWG, DXF, TIFF, JPG and PNG, up to 2 GB per file. We automatically detect page count and sheet dimensions, and flag anything we can't read before you pay.
Do you print scale-accurate and preserve seals? +
Yes. We print to exact scale on calibrated plotters and never alter engineer or architect seals. Mention any specific scale or paper requirements in the special-instructions field.
Can you auto-detect color vs black-and-white pages? +
Choose "Mixed (auto-detect)" as your print type and we'll print color pages in color and the rest in B&W — you only pay the color rate on the pages that need it.
Paper, sizes & finishing
What paper sizes and stocks do you offer? +
Arch A–E1, ANSI A–E, and ISO A0–A4, plus custom. Stocks include Bond 20/24/32lb, Vellum, Mylar, synthetic/waterproof and photo-gloss. Binding options: folded, spiral, comb, saddle-stitch, hole-punch and lamination.
Do you offer volume discounts? +
Yes — discounts kick in automatically from 6 copies (10%), 21 copies (15%) and 51+ (20%). The configurator applies them live as you change the copy count.
Billing
Can I get a Net-30 invoice for repeat orders? +
For repeat B2B customers, yes — pay by card now or set up Net-30 invoicing for ongoing work. Reach out and we'll get you set up.
Is HST included in the price I see? +
The configurator shows your subtotal, 13% HST and shipping separately, then a clear total — all before you pay. No surprises at checkout.
Delivery
Pickup or shipping? +
Free pickup at our Toronto location, or shipping anywhere in Canada at live Canada Post rates. You'll get a tracking link by email — no login required.
How do I track my order? +
Every order gets a secure, no-login tracking link by email showing live status (Pending → Printing → Shipping → Shipped) and your Canada Post tracking number once it ships.
