How fast can I get my order? +
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. There is no rush or same-day option.
When does the turnaround clock start? +
Once your files pass our quick readability check and payment clears. If we spot an unreadable file, we flag it before printing so the clock isn't wasted on a bad upload.
Files & accuracy
What file types and sizes do you accept? +
PDF only for now, up to 2 GB per file. We automatically detect page count and sheet size. If we can't detect the size from your file, email your drawings to
info@printmyplans.ca and we'll quote it.
Do you print scale-accurate and preserve seals? +
Yes. We print to exact scale on calibrated plotters and never alter engineer or architect seals. Mention any specific scale or paper requirements in the special-instructions field.
Can you auto-detect color vs black-and-white pages? +
Choose "Mixed (auto-detect)" as your print type and we'll print color pages in color and the rest in B&W — you only pay the color rate on the pages that need it.
Paper, sizes & finishing
What paper sizes and stocks do you offer? +
Arch sizes: A 9×12", B 12×18", C 18×24", D 24×36", E1 30×42" and E 36×48". Paper: Bond 20lb (standard), Bond 24lb, Bond 28lb, or waterproof polymer (synthetic). Finishing: loose or stapled.
Do you offer volume discounts? +
Yes — pricing is per square foot and drops with the number of sheets in your order. B&W: 1–9 sheets $1.25/sq ft, 10–24 sheets $1.10, 25–49 sheets $1.00, 50+ sheets $0.90. Colour is 1.75× the B&W rate. Minimum charge is 1 sq ft per sheet. The configurator applies the right rate automatically.
Billing
How do I pay? +
Pay securely by card at checkout — no account required. Your total (paper, HST and shipping) is shown before you pay, and you'll get a receipt plus an itemized invoice by email for your records.
Is HST included in the price I see? +
The configurator shows your subtotal, 13% HST and shipping separately, then a clear total — all before you pay. No surprises at checkout.
Delivery
Pickup or shipping? +
Free pickup at 204 - 500 Keele Street, York, or delivery. Shipping (if any) is shown before you pay, and you'll get a tracking link by email — no login required.
How do I track my order? +
Every order gets a secure, no-login tracking link by email showing live status (Pending → Printing → Shipping → Shipped) and your tracking number once it ships.
